What are your highlights?

I’ve been re-reading Calm REBEL Leadership recently — not as an author, but as a reader.

To be honest, I was actually highlighting snippets that I thought would make good social media posts and it sparked an idea.

It reminded me of the coaching cards decks I have created in the past and how people told me they were quite a useful way to remind themselves or share a particular point with a colleague or friend without having to find a particular place in the book.

Whereas in the past I’ve picked out the snippets that I thought worthy, it struck me that it would be much more powerful if I took what my ACTUAL READERS thought worthy of capturing and sharing.

So…I want to know which lines actually stay with you and which ones you feel inspired to share with others.

And there’s a reward for your input.

Here’s how to get involved:

1. Pick a line or short passage that really landed for you. Remember it has to fit on a playing card.

2. Share it on social media — Instagram, LinkedIn, (or X if you have to) — and tag me and one other person you think might appreciate it too.

That way, you’re not just helping me see what matters most to readers; you’re also helping the ideas travel a little further.

Anyone whose quote ends up in the final 50 will get a free deck when they’re produced.

It’s a small way to say thank you — and to spread the most powerful messages of calm rebellion.
