Being a coach doesn’t mean you can’t share what you see, be that patterns, risks or better options.

If you’re simply neutral and opinion-free, you’re not necessarily empowering the team. Indeed you might even be abandoning them.

Leadership without a point of view isn’t humility — it’s abdication.
