Confidence isn’t certainty
There is power in knowing you don’t know
There’s a myth that leaders who admit they don’t know everything are not fit to lead. Nothing could be further from the truth.
Strong leaders aren’t always sure. They’re just willing to act with incomplete information.
They name what they know and just as importantly what they don’t know.
They tell people what they are betting on (and why).
Confidence is clarity about uncertainty, not the absence of it.

If you want some coaching on build up your confidence in uncertainty book a free call with me.
