Busy isn’t the problem

Overwhelm is a choice

Most people and teams aren’t overloaded; they’re simply unfiltered.

Too many commitments survive and our to-do lists or backlogs become bloated because nobody wants to ask the awkward question.

“What would happen if we didn’t do this?”

Or

“How does this actually help us get closer to our big goal?”

Or

“What actually is our big goal?”

Busyness is often just a lack of focus in polite disguise.

Most of the people I coach experience this both at work and out of work. I can help.
